The Bunkhouse at Fisherman's Quay will be a multi-unit rental, with adjourning doors that will alow groups to rent one or both units. The Loft at Fisherman's Quay
Completed in 2010 was our 1,200 sf dockside residential suite. "The Loft at Fisherman's Quay", is available for daily, weekly or monthly rental.
Located on the outer dock on the 2nd floor, The Loft at the Fisherman's Quay provides commanding views of sunset islands to the Northwest and Sitka Channel vessel activities from the balcony. |
Original exposed beams, tasteful appointments and cozy furnishings offer a truly unique experience for couples seeking a memorable get-a-way close in to Sitka-by-the-Sea. The Loft can also comfortably accommodate families or groups of up to eight, with two bathrooms, laundry facilities, and a spacious, fully equipped kitchen..
From The Loft at the Fisherman's Quay, you are a leisurely six-minute walk south along historic Katlian Street to downtown, passing Sitka's premier dining experience at Ludvig's Bistro. Our friends next door at the Fly-N-Fish Inn, offer float plane tours and remote fishing excursions, in addition to sporting a quaint and friendly restaurant and bar. Lakeside Grocery and House of Liquor is just a few minutes further north along Katlian St.
